Delivery of three projects highlights growing adoption of AI-driven, scenario-based applications across enterprise and digital services

Datasea Intelligent Technology has completed the delivery of three artificial intelligence (AI) multimodal solution projects with a combined contract value of approximately $1.01 million, marking continued progress in its transition toward higher-margin, solution-driven business models.

The projects were delivered through the company’s China-based subsidiary, Datasea Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and span a range of application scenarios enabled by multimodal AI capabilities. These include small and micro enterprise services, digital marketing, rural digitalisation, and technology-driven applications in the beauty and wellness sector.

Multimodal AI refers to systems capable of processing and integrating multiple forms of data—such as text, audio, and visual inputs—to generate more contextual and intelligent outputs. Datasea’s platform leverages this capability alongside intelligent agent collaboration to deliver scalable, scenario-based digital solutions tailored to specific business needs.

The company expects revenue from the completed projects to be recognised in accordance with applicable accounting standards following delivery, with management indicating that the contracts are expected to contribute positively to gross profit.

The milestone also reflects broader strategic changes within the company, including its recent redomicile merger to the British Virgin Islands, positioning it for continued growth as a publicly listed entity on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

More broadly, the delivery of these projects highlights increasing enterprise demand for AI-powered digital transformation solutions, particularly those that can be deployed across diverse real-world scenarios. By focusing on customised, application-driven AI systems rather than standalone technologies, companies are shifting toward business models that prioritise scalability, recurring revenue, and higher margins.

As organisations continue to adopt AI to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement, multimodal platforms are expected to play a growing role in enabling more integrated and adaptive digital ecosystems.
